Novara apparel is designed for athletic movement. Most products have a fitted activewear cut. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, size up.

General fit guidance

• Women’s leggings and shorts: high-rise athletic fit with stretch. Size up if between sizes.
• Women’s matching sets: fitted performance cut. Size up for more comfort through the top or waistband.
• Men’s shorts: athletic fit. Choose your usual size for a standard training fit.
• Men’s tracksuit: choose your usual size. Size up for a relaxed fit.
